What is a GSF Committee?

A group composed of representatives from member organisations that is responsible for a specific topic area within the foundation.

Examples include the Green AI and Developer Relations Committees.

They are subcommittees of the Steering Committee (’SC’), which is the GSF’s main governing body. As such, they have devolved power from the SC to run autonomously within their defined scope.

Committees reside within the Adoption Village and are externally facing. This means they don’t have to adhere to our stringent patent policy.
