The Green Software Foundation is a non-profit with the mission that software should have zero harmful environmental effects. We are a consortium of 60+ member organizations with 100’s of volunteers working on projects to green the software industry.

We are seeking a Delivery Manager who will play a key role in ensuring our volunteer-led projects are set up for success and maintain momentum. You'll be the driving force behind our open-source projects and act as the bridge between the GSF and those in project leadership positions. You will be responsible for

Guiding the delivery of our volunteer-led projects from proposal to publication

• Ensure that project teams have everything they need to succeed
• Constantly guiding teams to take the next step based on our governance model
• Continually look for ways to make it easy for others to contribute to the project
• Ensure project deliverables align with the Green Software Foundation's mission & vision

Acting as the bridge between the GSF and those in project leadership positions

• Establish effective and accessible communication channels to facilitate regular updates, feedback, and discussions between the Foundation and project leaders
• Offer continuous support, mentorship, and guidance to project leaders to help them navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and achieve project success

Making it easy to understand the status of our projects

• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged
• Regularly review and update project documentation to reflect the current status
